Parts in, parts out. Type the number or scan the barcode.
ReedPort is small engine repair shop software for the counter, made by North Trestle LLC. You look up the customer, open the machine by serial, add parts and labor, and finish: invoice now or leave it as an order. $40 a month per shop after a 14-day trial with no card.

Sample shop. Made-up names and tickets.
ReedPort has no OEM parts catalog and no factory price file. You type or scan the part numbers you use; there is nothing to import from a manufacturer.
Does it work with a barcode scanner?
Yes. Plug a USB barcode scanner into the PC. Click the part field on Receive, on a ticket, or in inventory search, then scan. The number lands as if you typed it. There's no scanner app and nothing to pair.
How does receiving work?
Type or scan each part number as it comes off the shelf, or drop the supplier's PDF or photo, or paste their email, and let it fill the lines for you. Either way you review the lines before anything posts. Hit Receive and on-hand updates, and again when a part goes out on a ticket.
How much does small engine repair shop software cost?
ReedPort is $40 a month per shop, one plan, every employee included. There's a 14-day free trial and no card to start. See the full pricing page.
See parts and labor together on a work order template, or a invoice template with a shop-supplies line, and read the guides for running the counter.
