• 2026-09-14Photos on the ticket
  Take a photo of the machine right from the ticket and caption it. Photos stay on the shop side, never on the customer's invoice, and print on shop copies when you turn that on in Settings.
• 2026-09-14Invoice from the ticket, email the PDF
  Finish a ticket, then print it, save it as a PDF, or email the invoice PDF to the customer. Open tickets can print a shop copy as a PDF too.
• 2026-09-14Trial starts when you confirm your email
  Sign up and confirm your email by the link or the 6-digit code, and your 14-day trial starts. If you don't confirm within 48 hours, the signup is dropped and you can start over.
• 2026-09-10One-off parts and typed labor
  Type a part that isn't on file and Enter adds it as a misc line, no catalog part needed. Type what you did on a labor line, or edit any part or labor description, part number, brand, or labor code right on the ticket.
• 2026-09-09Hours, purchase date, and tabs
  Type the hour-meter reading on the ticket or on a new machine; the machine's page keeps the last reading and where it came from, plus the purchase date and the invoice for machines sold here. A ticket with more than one machine gets a tab for each, and person, equipment, and part pages got History and Activity tabs.
• 2026-09-04Dark mode, shop-load calendar, and Show cost behind the PIN
  Pick system, light, or dark from Appearance in the sidebar; reedport.com follows your system setting too. The calendar paints open tickets as spans across the days they're in the shop. Cost and profit, on the ticket and shop-wide, now open only after the shop PIN. Card payments work three ways through Stripe: payment link, reader, or tap to pay. Staff find customers by name, phone, or email, not by a customer number.
• 2026-09-03Sign-in and counter copy in shop words
  Sign-in, sign-up, and the words around tickets, machines, and balances were rewritten in plain shop language. Supplier replaced vendor, and ticket replaced work order across the counter.
• 2026-09-02New site, built page by page
  reedport.com moved to a faster build with a shared header, footer, and pricing block on every page, so pricing, compare, and each feature page carry the same navigation and the same price line.
• 2026-09-02One icon, everywhere
  The site and the app now share one icon: the plate on the dark background, in the browser tab, on the home screen, and in link previews.
• 2026-09-02Security headers on every page
  reedport.com now sends the standard browser security headers on every response, and fonts and images load once and stay cached.
• 2026-09-02Page-view counting, with no cookie on you
  The site counts page views and which sections were seen so we know what to fix next. It sets no tracking cookie and keeps no name, email, or IP address.
