About ReedPort
What ReedPort is
ReedPort is small engine repair shop software for the counter. You pull up the customer, open the mower or saw by serial, add parts and labor, and finish: invoice now, or leave the ticket open. Every ticket stays on the machine's serial, even when it changes hands.
ReedPort is deliberately not a dealer management system, not an accounts-payable or general-ledger program, not a payroll system, and not a texting or review-request tool. It runs the counter day and nothing else.
Who makes it
ReedPort is made by North Trestle LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company in Knoxville, Tennessee. There is no team photo here, because there is no team yet — we are small, and we answer our own email.
Your data
The records you keep in ReedPort — your customers, their equipment, your tickets and invoices — belong to your shop. We store them to run your counter, and for nothing else. We do not sell them, rent them, or use them to market to your customers. The only companies that touch them are the ones that run the service for us, each under a contract that limits them to that job; the full list is on our subprocessors page. Our own staff open a shop's records only to help with a problem you asked us about, or when the law requires. You can email us for a spreadsheet copy of your records at any time, during your trial or after you cancel. If you leave, your records stay available for export for 90 days after the last day you paid for, and are then deleted. If we ever close the service, we will tell you at least 90 days ahead and keep the export open until the end.
How we work
- One price: $40 a month per shop, no per-user fees.
- No card to start a 14-day trial.
- Your data stays yours; see the paragraph above and our privacy policy.
- We are small and read our own support inbox. See how to reach us.
