Outdoor power equipment repair software for a mixed bay.
ReedPort is small engine repair shop software for the counter, made by North Trestle LLC. OPE shops use it when the day mixes zero-turns, handhelds, and generators: one customer, one or more machines by serial, parts and labor on the ticket, then invoice or leave it open. $40 a month per shop after a 14-day trial with no card.

What an OPE counter actually juggles
An outdoor power equipment repair shop rarely runs one machine type. Morning might be a STIHL saw and an ECHO trimmer for a tree crew; afternoon a Honda generator and a Toro zero-turn for a landscaper. The pain is keeping each serial's history straight, writing one ticket when two machines arrive together, receiving parts from different suppliers without a factory price file, and letting commercial customers pay later without a notebook of balances.
ReedPort stays at the counter. It does not claim to be a full dealer management system. It does the work order, the invoice, the serial file, the shelf, and the charge account.
One ticket, a tab per machine
When a customer drops more than one job, attach more than one machine to the same ticket. Each machine gets its own tab, with hours on the header, and the purchase date and invoice for machines sold here. Parts and labor land on the active machine. That is the multi-machine path documented in the user guide and on work orders.
History on the serial across brands and owners
Every ticket stays on the machine's serial, even after it changes hands. Type the serial or pull it from the customer's page; the History tab lists every job in order. Activity shows who did what and when, including a caption on a photo. Photos stay on the shop side and never print on the customer's invoice unless you turn that on for shop copies in Settings. See equipment history.
Receive parts without an OEM catalog
ReedPort has no OEM parts catalog and no factory price file. You type or scan the numbers you stock. On Receive, type or scan each line, or drop a supplier PDF or photo, or paste their email, review the filled table, then hit Receive so on-hand updates. A USB barcode scanner works as a keyboard wedge on Receive, on the ticket, and in inventory search. See inventory.

Charge accounts and tax-exempt farms
Landscapers, farms, and municipal accounts often finish on a charge account. Aging sits in 0-30, 31-60, 61-90, and 90+ day buckets. Exemption number and expiry live on the customer; tax is figured per line. When they pay, record cash, check, or card against the balance. Card is optional through Stripe; ReedPort adds no fee. See charge accounts.
Dealer suite vs counter software
If you need purchasing, factory price files, warranty claim filing, payroll, or a general ledger in the same program, stay on a dealer system. ReedPort is the tenth of that day that happens at the counter. Side-by-side rows live on the compare page, including price: $40 a month per shop, every employee included.
Questions
What is outdoor power equipment repair software?
It is shop software for the counter that writes work orders and invoices across the mix of machines an OPE shop sees: mowers, zero-turns, saws, trimmers, blowers, generators, and more. ReedPort keeps every ticket on the machine's serial, tracks parts in and out, and handles charge accounts.
Can one ticket cover more than one machine?
Yes. A ticket with more than one machine gets a tab for each, with hours on the header. That matches a customer who drops a saw and a blower in the same visit. See the user guide for two machines on one ticket.
Is ReedPort an OPE dealer management system?
No. Dealer systems add purchasing, factory price files, warranty claims, payroll, and a general ledger. ReedPort is the counter part of that day. See the compare page.
How much does outdoor power equipment repair software cost?
ReedPort is $40 a month per shop, one plan, every employee included. Fourteen days free, no card to start. See pricing.
