Small engine repair invoice software that finishes the ticket.
ReedPort is small engine repair shop software for the counter, made by North Trestle LLC. The invoice is not a second app: you write parts and labor on the work order, then finish with cash, check, card, or a charge account. Print it, save a PDF, or email the PDF. $40 a month per shop after a 14-day trial with no card.

Why shops search for invoice software
Many small engine shops still write the work order on a pad, then type a separate invoice in a word processor or spreadsheet. That second pass loses the serial, the labor codes, and the parts that already left the shelf. Others use a generic invoicing tool that never knew the machine. The pain is retyping, leaking cost onto the customer copy, and having no history when that saw or mower comes back.
ReedPort keeps one ticket from intake to paid. Finish invoices now, or leave the ticket open while parts are on order and finish later. Either way, the finished invoice stays on the machine's serial. See work orders and equipment history.
Finish: print, PDF, or email
When the work is done, finish the ticket as an invoice. Print one copy or three, save it as a PDF, or email the invoice PDF to the customer from the ticket. Open tickets can print a shop copy as a PDF too. The letterhead is one tight block so a long rebuild list fits on the page. Fax it the way you fax anything else: print it, or send the saved PDF through your fax machine or fax service.

No cost column on the customer copy
Cost and profit are for you and your techs. They open with your shop PIN on the ticket and on shop-wide labor and parts totals. They never belong on the customer's copy. ReedPort leaves that column off every printed invoice. The free invoice template follows the same rule if you are still on paper while you try the trial.
Cash, check, card, or charge account
Record payment when you finish, or apply cash, check, or card later against an invoiced charge balance. Charge accounts carry aging in 0-30, 31-60, 61-90, and 90+ day buckets. Tax-exempt customers keep exemption number and expiry on their record; tax is figured per line. Card payments are optional through Stripe (payment link, reader, or tap to pay) at Stripe's published rates; ReedPort adds no fee. See charge accounts.

Questions
What is small engine repair invoice software?
It is software that turns a finished repair ticket into an invoice the customer can take home, get as a PDF, or receive by email. In ReedPort the invoice is the finished work order: parts, labor, tax, and payment stay on the same ticket and on the machine's serial.
Does the customer see my cost or profit?
No. Cost and profit open with your shop PIN, once a session. Nothing about cost or profit ever prints on the customer's copy. The free invoice template follows the same rule.
How do customers pay?
Record cash, check, card, or a charge account when you finish. Card is optional through Stripe at Stripe's published rates; ReedPort adds no fee. Cash and check work without card setup.
