From the counter to the bay
Fill the intake when the machine comes across the counter. If the customer wants a number first, use the estimate template. For a spring tune-up, hand the tech the mower tune-up checklist. Finish the job on a work order or invoice. If a machine sits unpaid for weeks, the abandoned equipment storage notice is a blank form for your shop (not legal advice).
