What the clip says
Email and password, then Sign in. That lands on Customers, the daily starting point.
Email and password sign in to the counter. A dead subscription still lets sign-in succeed, then sends every shop screen to the renew screen.
Steps
- Type Email and Password, then click Sign in.
- Use Forgot password below the form if the password is lost.

Watch out for
- A wrong email or password says "That email or password is not right. Try again."
- An unconfirmed account is blocked until email is confirmed.
Not yet
There is no single sign-on. Every user signs in with an email and password.
