# Find any ticket shop-wide

## What the clip says

Tickets lists every ticket in the shop, not just one customer's. Type a ticket number or a customer name to narrow it. Type and Status filter it further, on top of the search.

The Tickets list searches by ticket number or customer name, with filters for type, status, and date. + New
ticket and Cash sale sit here too.

## Steps

- The search box focuses as soon as the page loads. Type a ticket # or customer name, or filter by Type, Status, and Date. 

- Click a row to open the same ticket screen used everywhere else.

## Keys

- F8: Go to Tickets.

## What happens to money and stock

Nothing moves.
